Teaching

2005 - Professor at Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi, Copenhagen
1999- 2005 Professor at the Department of Visual Art, The Iceland Academy of The Arts, from its foundation in 1999.
1996-97 and 1998-99 Head of the department of Mixed Media at the Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts (the predecessor of IAA).
1986 –1999 Regular teacher at the department of Mixed Media, ICAC for one to four months a year. Guest teacher in departments of Painting and Printmaking.
1998 - 2009 Guest teaching and lecturing at: Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademi, Kunsthögskolan Valand, Gothenburg, Kunsthögskolen i Bergen, Nordiska Konstskolan, Kokkola, Konsthögskolan i Malmö, Weissensee Kunsthochschule, Berlin, ELAM and AUT in Auckland and Edinburgh College of Art.
